Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Cappadocia. Head to Uçhisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Continue to Love Valley to see its unusual rock formations, then head to Paşabağı, also known as Monk’s Valley. Here, admire the region’s famous mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys and spot St. Simeon’s monk cell carved into the rock.

Next, visit Zelve Open Air Museum, a Byzantine complex known for its rock-hewn churches. After an introduction from your guide, explore the site and see the carved spaces at your own pace. Continue to Devrent Valley, also called Imagination Valley, where the fairy chimneys are known for their animal-like shapes, including the area’s well-known camel rock formation.

Later, stop in Avanos for lunch and a visit to this riverside town. Walk along the river, cross the suspension footbridge, and watch a kick-wheel pottery demonstration. You can also try the pottery tradition yourself. The final stop is Göreme Panorama for sweeping views over the surrounding landscape before returning to your hotel.
