The visitor must respect the scheduled time for the visit, arriving near the main entrance 15 minutes before the start of the time slot indicated on this ticket, for security check procedures.
It is not necessary to go to the ticket office. You can show the voucher directly at the main gate on Piazza del Parlamento 1, where an authorized person will scan it and you will proceed to the security checks.
