Visit the family-owned Werner Pfleger winery in Herxheim am Berg and discover the diversity of Palatinate wine at an open wine tasting.
Together with other guests, you will taste 7 selected wines from the winery's range. You'll learn about different grape varieties and wine styles and discover how the vineyard, grape variety and aging influence the taste in the glass.
In addition to the tasting, you will gain insights into the work of a family-run winery and learn interesting facts about viticulture in the Palatinate, the vineyards around Herxheim am Berg, and the stories behind the wines.
The wine tasting takes place in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere at the winery. In both good and bad weather, we sit sheltered in the glass-roofed courtyard and enjoy a special atmosphere for the tasting.
You do not need any previous experience. Whether you're already passionate about wine or simply want to get an enjoyable insight into Palatinate wine culture, the focus here is on wine, conversation, and a pleasant time together.
The wine tasting is a public event. You can therefore easily book it alone or as a couple and get to know other wine enthusiasts on site.
Children and guests who do not drink wine are also welcome. We offer water and local grape juice for them.
