Day 1 – Arrival Sofia → Transfer to Sandanski
Meet and greet at Sofia Airport. Scenic transfer to Sandanski (≈2.5–3 hrs).
Check-in at your 4★ spa hotel and welcome orientation. Optional light spa soak or short evening walk. Overnight Sandanski.

Day 2 – Medical Consultation & Introductory Balneo Program
Morning medical/wellness consultation and creation of a personalized balneo schedule.
Enjoy the first set of thermal treatments: mineral baths, hydrotherapy, and mobility session.
Afternoon leisure time. Optional wine tasting dinner. Overnight Sandanski.

Day 3 – Day Trip: Melnik & Rozhen Monastery
Half-day private excursion to Melnik, Bulgaria’s smallest town and famous wine region.
Visit a historic wine cellar with tasting, and explore the scenic Rozhen Monastery in the Pirin Mountains.
Return to Sandanski for afternoon relaxation in the spa. Overnight Sandanski.

Day 4 – Spiritual Excursion to Rupite & Free Spa Afternoon
Morning visit to Rupite, the geothermal site associated with the Bulgarian prophet Vanga.
Guided visit of her chapel, followed by optional meditation walk.
Afternoon: free spa time or optional physiotherapy treatment. Overnight Sandanski.

Day 5 – Rila Monastery Excursion → Transfer to Loutra Pozar (Greece)
Early check-out and drive north to Rila Monastery (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Guided monastery visit and lunch nearby. Continue south to the Greek border and reach Loutra Pozar, famous for its hot outdoor pools surrounded by forest. Check-in and evening relaxation in thermal baths. Overnight Loutra Pozar.

Day 6 – Loutra Pozar Thermal & Wellness Day
Morning wellness consultation and start of the Greek spa program: mineral pool, waterfall baths, and optional mud therapy.
Afternoon free for individual relaxation or light hiking in the Aridaia region. Optional Greek dinner in a local taverna. Overnight Loutra Pozar.

Day 7 – Day Trip: Edessa & Pella – Ancient Macedonia
Full-day guided excursion. Visit Edessa Waterfalls, one of Greece’s natural wonders, followed by Pella Archaeological Site — birthplace of Alexander the Great.
Lunch in a traditional Macedonian restaurant before returning to Loutra Pozar. Evening free for spa use. Overnight Loutra Pozar.

Day 8 – Leisure Day / Optional Activities
Free day for rest or optional add-ons: private yoga class, thermal massage, or wine & olive tasting in nearby Naoussa.
Farewell dinner with Greek and Bulgarian fusion dishes. Overnight Loutra Pozar.

Day 9 – Departure to Thessaloniki or Sofia
Check-out and private transfer to Thessaloniki Airport (≈2 hrs) or Sofia (≈4.5 hrs). End of services.
