Your experience begins as you take the elevator down to the cellar. Because our venue is equipped with a lift, guests of all mobility levels can easily access this hidden gem. Afterwards, you will take your seat at the monastic tasting table for an exclusive wine masterclass.
We will start with the crisp acidity and mineral aromas of our indigenous white varieties, move on to aromatic and complex selections, and conclude with the bold, full-bodied red wines that have brought Greece international acclaim. Our sommelier will guide you through the essentials of wine tasting (sight, aroma, and taste) while sharing the mythical stories of the Greek terroirs.
Each glass is harmoniously paired with authentic flavors from the Greek countryside, perfectly enhancing the unique characteristics of every wine.
