Description

Taste natural wine straight from a Qvevri in a private cellar! Master Khinkali, Khachapuri, Churchkhela & dessert in Tbilisi, then enjoy a full Georgian supra feast with unlimited homemade wine.
Step inside an authentic local home in Tbilisi for an exclusive hands-on cooking masterclass and cultural wine experience.

Your journey begins in our cozy private wine cellar (Marani). Here, you’ll discover traditional Georgian winemaking secrets and enjoy a rare tasting of natural homemade wine poured directly from an authentic underground Qvevri (clay vessel), accompanied by traditional Chacha.

After the wine tasting, step into the kitchen for a 100% hands-on cooking masterclass in a small, intimate group. Guided step-by-step by a warm local host, you’ll learn to cook four iconic Georgian recipes from scratch:

Juicy Khinkali (Soup Dumplings): Master the art of dough kneading, filling, and the legendary pleating technique (vegetarian potato or cheese fillings available upon request).

Khachapuri (Cheese Bread - Your Choice): Shape and bake your preferred style of Georgia’s iconic cheese bread — choose between the famous boat-shaped Adjaruli Khachapuri or the classic round Imeruli Khachapuri.

Churchkhela: Experience the ancient craft of threading crisp walnuts and dipping them into thick simmered grape must (Tatara).

Traditional Honey-Walnut Dessert: Prepare a delicate sweet creation featuring authentic Georgian honey and roasted nuts.

Once everything is prepared, gather around the family table for a traditional Georgian Supra feast to savor the multi-course meal you created with your own hands. Relax, toast with fine local wine, and take home unforgettable memories along with a digital recipe pack to recreate every dish!
