• The vehicle is shared with other travelers unless a private option is booked.

• In case of light rain, the tour still operates. In heavy weather conditions, it may be rescheduled. If the tour needs to be canceled due to bad weather, customers will receive a full refund.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the starting time. The tour cannot be extended for late arrivals.
