Enjoy an authentic Genoese aperitivo in the welcoming atmosphere of BioTigullio5Terre, a local food shop located in Via di Ravecca, one of the most characteristic streets in Genoa’s historic center.
The experience begins with a glass of Vermentino from eastern Liguria, followed by a glass of Pigato from the western Ligurian Riviera. These two distinctive white wines offer a simple and enjoyable journey from one side of Liguria to the other.
The wines are accompanied by a generous serving of traditional Genoese focaccia, fresh Genoese pesto, and Taggiasca olives. During the aperitivo, discover the traditions behind these local specialties and hear engaging stories about Ligurian wines, pesto, and the small local producers whose products are featured in the shop.
This is not a formal wine lesson or a cooking class. It is a relaxed and convivial experience, designed for wine lovers as well as guests with no previous wine knowledge. BioTigullio5Terre is located just 80 meters from Christopher Columbus’ House and Porta Soprana, and only 50 meters from Piazza Sarzano. Its central location makes the experience an ideal stop while exploring Genoa’s old town.
The group is limited to six guests, ensuring a friendly, personal, and unhurried experience.
