Please arrive at ESA-G & Bali Line Cruise Office, Serangan at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The meeting point is located on Jl. Tukad Punggawa, Serangan, South Denpasar, Bali. Guests should look for the ESA-G & Bali Line Cruise Office signage upon arrival. Our staff will be available at the office reception area to assist with check-in and boarding procedures.
Please present your booking confirmation to our staff during check-in.
