Once your 2 hours and 30 minutes in Pompeii are over, regroup with your tour leader and head towards Mount Vesuvius. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes, taking you through the volcanic landscape surrounding the volcano.

With your Vesuvius entrance ticket included, you’ll have approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to explore the area on your own. Follow the path towards the crater, take in the volcanic scenery, and enjoy panoramic views across the Gulf of Naples and the surrounding coastline before returning to the meeting point.
