Our 30-minute tour along the canals displays the most enchanted views of the Grand Canal. The gondola ride starts near the Hotel Bauer, in Campo San Moisè, a few steps from St Mark’s Square. You will have an entire gondola at your disposal up to 5 people, to share with someone special or with friends and family.
Following the less crowded waterways, you will admire the most evocative sights of Venice.
You will reach the Gran Teatro 'La Fenice', destroyed by a terrible fire in 1996, but today faithfully rebuilt.
Following, you will ride along the Grand Canal overlooked by the most prestigious Venetian palaces such as Palazzo Contarini Fasan also known as the 'House of Desdemona', a character from Shakespeare's Othello - an elegant Gothic-style building with white openwork marble balconies. On the opposite side is the iconic Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute.
You will continue towards Punta della Dogana, dividing the Grand Canal from the Giudecca Canal. At its end stands the 'Palla d’Oro', the famous gilt bronze sphere placed on top of the Dogana de Mar tower.
After an enchanting gondola experience, you will be brought back to the same pier where you started your tour, full of unforgettable memories and wonderful pictures of this unique itinerary on the water.
