The specialty of this experience lies in the use of the moka pot, in how to maintain and care for it as in real Italian families. You will learn the true story of this incredible and untouchable dessert!
You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop, and you will be part of the Chef's team as if you were working at a real catering service!
You will start to get to know each other by grabbing something from the buffet offered by the Chef. After 10 minutes, you will start preparing the real traditional Italian Tiramisu, under the guidance of the Chef or qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own cooking station and you will work on the professional countertops in groups of 2-4 people, as you can clearly see from the photos, but everyone will make their own personal tiramisu. You will start with real Italian coffee made with a moka pot. We will explain how to use it properly and how to store and maintain the moka pot (Italians are obsessed with it!). If you want, of course, you can taste a little of what you have just made. You will focus on the technique of making tiramisu. Together, we will go through all the fundamental and necessary steps to make the most famous traditional Italian dessert. After about an hour, you can taste the sweet wonder you made yourselves. At the end of the experience, the recipes will be provided in digital format (QR code or photo)

Chef and the City is a street workshop with three large windows and bright red signs. When you get to the shop, ring the bell on the main door to get in.
