10:20 am: Hakusan Folk Museum
Take a step into the past with over 5 traditional houses 100~300 years old, with numerous exhibitions on the traditional lifestyle of Shiramine. See historical artifacts from the traditional millet agricultural practices, to silk weaving tools dating over 100 years.
Your guide will take you on a journey of discovery into this culture unique to Shiramine, and give you hands-on experiences such as stone-milling millet to make your own traditional snack.
11:30 am: Traditional Cooking Class (Lunch)
Learn how to cook traditional local dishes over an irori hearth, using seasonal ingredients, such as wild vegetables, mushrooms, and home-grown vegetables. This cooking lesson is hosted inside a traditional house in Shiramine over 100 years old.

Your guide will take you on a walking tour through the quaint streets of Shiramine, introducing historical buildings, shops, and locals we meet along the way. 3:30 pm: Departure
Depart Shiramine and head back to your preferred drop-off location.
Arrival time will depend on location and traffic conditions.
