1. Is the Suntory factory tour included?
This tour provides access to the Distillery grounds, the Whisky Museum, the Gift Shop, and the Tasting Lounge. It does not include the restricted factory production area.

2. Can I definitely buy a bottle of Hakushu whisky?
Whisky stocks are extremely limited and managed by the distillery. While you can usually find exclusive merchandise, specific whisky bottles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 1 bottle per person (age 20+).

3. Do I need to pay for tastings?
Yes, tastings in the lounge are self-funded. This allows you to choose exactly which rare expressions you’d like to try from their extensive menu of over 25 varieties.

4. Is lunch provided?
Lunch is not included to give you the flexibility to explore the local flavors at Oishi Park or try the "Forest Restaurant" (subject to their reservation policy).
