Learn about coffee cupping and how specialty coffee is evaluated. Experience how to identify fragrance, aroma, body, acidity, and flavor notes in the cup. Take part in a comparative cupping exercise to identify flavor profiles based on different processing methods.
Next, transform your tasting experience into a simple artistic piece. Create an intuitive painting on a small canvas, inspired by the aromas, colors, emotions, and sensations awakened by coffee. No previous artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore through the senses.
At the end of your workshop, take home your finished artwork and a bag of specialty coffee to continue training your palate at home.
