You will see Riga’s the central market ( the largest market in Europe ), where you will try Latvian snacks, drinks, and hear about Latvian History.
After, we will move around the old town, where you will visit and learn about:
The house of the Blackhead, St. Peters Church, First ever Christmas trees location, Dome Cathedrals, City wall, Swedish Gate, The three brothers house, Riga’s historical Balzams store (Latvian national drink),( here you can enjoy a drink at your own expense), The Freedom monument & the barricades area “ where confrontations of Latvians against the Soviet was effected in 1991 ( place where Latvia restored its independence ) Also, I’ll show you places where to experience Latvian food and culture, such as, Ala folk club (Latvian cuisine & folk)
