After your tour, head to the cooking school and meet your instructor. Classes are limited to 10 people per session, allowing for a highly personalized approach at individual cooking stations.
Learn to use Asian herbs and spices in local dishes. Choose from Nyonya, Malay, Indian, Thai, or Asian vegetarian cuisine.
Learn treasured family recipes as well as tips and tricks for producing authentic, spice-laden cuisine.
