Open daily 10:00AM–6:00PM; closed every Wednesday except Malaysian public & school holidays.
Ticket tiers: Adult (13–59), Child (3–12), Senior (60+). Children below 3 enter free with a paying adult.
Valid ID (NRIC, MyKid, passport, visa, or I-Card) required for verification.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
No re-entry once you exit the venue.

Proper swimwear required; clothing with zippers, buckles, or rivets is prohibited.
