Begin your day with a scenic ride through landscapes rich in wild agaves used to make mezcal, native cacti, and wide-open valley views. Whether you are a first-time rider or more experienced in the saddle, the pace can be adjusted to suit your comfort level.
For guests who prefer not to ride, the horseback portion can be exchanged for a guided hike or birdwatching experience, making this a flexible adventure with no prior experience required.
After the morning activity, return to the ranch to relax with a cool drink and snacks before joining a hands-on cooking class in the ranch’s beautiful kitchen. Local cooks share authentic, easy-to-prepare Oaxacan recipes in a welcoming setting, co-hosted by a knowledgeable English speaker.
