6:00 AM – From the Highlands to the Maya Jungle
Departing from the Chiapas Highlands toward Ocosingo, watch the landscape gradually transform from cool pine forests to the lush, evergreen canopy of the Maya Jungle. Led by our specialist guide, explore its stone labyrinth, intricate stucco reliefs, and one of Mesoamerica’s tallest pyramid structures—a testament to an ambitious civilization that challenged the great lords of the Classic Period.
