8:30 a.m. – Traditional Breakfast with a View
Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional breakfast at Tierra de Café. Savor chaya-scrambled eggs, handmade tortillas, black beans, salsas, seasonal fruit, fresh bread, and Argovia’s organic estate-grown coffee.

9:30 a.m. – Heritage at the “Kaffeezimmer”
Your guide shares Argovia’s rich history in the antique Kaffeezimmer, filled with historical photos and stories of the Giesemann family, who arrived in 1880 and built a legacy of resilience.

10:00 a.m. – Coffee Experience: From Plant to Cup
Explore Argovia’s regenerative coffee system. Visit the wet mill where beans are fermented and washed, and the drying patios. Then tour the dry mill, where beans are sorted and prepped for market.
See the historic Pelton Wheel, still in use after 100+ years, powering the dry mill with river energy. The estate’s hydroelectric turbine generates enough clean power for 500 people and returns filtered water to the environment—making Argovia a national benchmark in water sustainability.
End with a multi-sensory coffee tasting featuring four brewing methods and flavor profiles of Argovia’s blends.

12:00 p.m. – Floral Trail & Regenerative Diversification
