Description

Come into my home in Ulaanbaatar and make Tsuivan — the dish I miss most when I’m away. Walk the streets that shaped my life, play Shagai, and share a meal at my table.
I miss Tsuivan more than anything when I'm away from home. So I built this experience around the dish that brings me back.

Meet me at the Sukhbaatar statue in Chinggis Square. I'll be easy to spot with a "SEREY TRAVEL" sign and Serey Travel t-shirt.

Your afternoon begins in the streets of Ulaanbaatar that shaped my life. We'll walk through local markets, schoolyards, and everyday neighborhoods while I share stories about growing up in this city, including the railway district where I sold soda as a child.

This is not a scripted route. It is a chance to see Ulaanbaatar through my memories, stories, and the places that shaped who I am.

After our walk, I'll welcome you into my tenth-floor apartment overlooking the city. We'll slow down over Mongolian herbal tea, share stories, and play Shagai, a traditional Mongolian ankle bone game enjoyed for generations.

Then we'll step into the kitchen and make Tsuivan together. You'll roll the dough, cut the noodles, prepare the ingredients, and cook with your own hands, the same way I learned to make it at home.

By the time we sit down at the table, the meal is yours. You made it. We'll share the Tsuivan, stories, and conversation together before you leave with a recipe card and your own Shagai set.

After our time together, I'll walk with you from my apartment to nearby Peace Avenue, one of Ulaanbaatar's main roads. We’ll say goodbye there, and you’ll have the freedom to continue discovering Ulaanbaatar on your own, from a convenient and familiar part of the city.

This is not a bus tour or a cooking demonstration. It is a seat at a Mongolian table.
