Day 1: Ulaanbaatar to Baga Gazriin Chuluu
Depart from Ulaanbaatar and drive south into the Middle Gobi. Arrive at Baga Gazriin Chuluu, a unique granite rock formation rising from the steppe. Explore small caves and rock formations, and enjoy your first night under the vast Mongolian sky.

Day 2: Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa Cliff)

Day 3: Yol Valley (Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park)
Continue to Yol Valley, located within Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park. Hike through a narrow canyon where ice can remain even in summer.

Day 4: Khongoryn Els (Singing Sand Dunes)
Climb Khongor Sand Dunes, also known as Khongoryn Els, in the Gobi Desert. Experience the shifting “Singing Sands,” intense heat, and steep climbs that test your endurance but reward you with breathtaking, otherworldly views from the summit.
Day 5: Ongi Monastery
Travel north to the peaceful ruins of Ongi Monastery, located along a river oasis. Discover Mongolia’s Buddhist heritage.

Day 6: Orkhon Waterfall
Transition from desert to green steppe as you reach the Khangai Mountains. Explore the Orkhon Waterfall and stay with a nomadic family for an authentic cultural experience.

Day 7: Kharkhorin
Travel directly to Kharkhorin, the ancient capital of the Mongol Empire. Visit Erdene Zuu Monastery and explore the historical area.
