Begin your day with a tour of the King’s Palace of Mengo. Next, take part in a food experience session at the palace. Go through the step-by-step process of preparing Buganda dishes, the most delicious and mouthwatering meal most enjoyed.
Start by harvesting the matooke and transferring it to where the actual preparation is done. With the local expert available, take part in the peeling, wrapping, and other stages essential in the preparation of meals like Luwombo.
In the afternoon, when your meal is ready, settle in for lunch. What you prepare from morning is what is served to you.
After lunch, visit the Buganda Parliament, the first modern parliament in East Africa. Finally, proceed to Kasubi Royal Tombs, the burial ground for the kingdom's kings.
