Sail past a naval base and El Frontón Island, once home to a maximum-security prison until the 1980s. Continue along the coast of the Cabinzas Islands, inhabited by various colonies of guano birds, until you reach the main attraction, the Palomino Islands.
Upon arrival, witness a colony of approximately 8,000 sea lions, one of the largest in the area. Suit up in wetsuits and life jackets and take the opportunity to jump into the water and get up close to these friendly animals.
