Next, we'll visit a local restaurant, where you'll participate step-by-step in preparing authentic Peruvian ceviche. Our chef will teach you traditional techniques, the perfect combination of flavors, and the history behind this iconic Peruvian dish.
Finally, you'll enjoy a delicious tasting, prepared by you, in a pleasant atmosphere with personalized attention throughout the tour.

Our clients are picked up from hotels in downtown Trujillo. Our tour guide will meet you at the reception with the NORTE EXPEDITION logo. The experience includes a 1-hour walking tour through the market and downtown Trujillo to reach the restaurant and begin our ceviche class.

Our tour guides will be waiting at the Hotel Costa del Sol Centro with our NORTE EXPEDITION banner and uniform, and from there we will begin our experience. You can also start from any hotel in downtown Trujillo.
