Explore some of the most fascinating natural landscapes and craft traditions in the area around Cajamarca on a half-day excursion.
The tour starts with a visit to the Alameda de los Incas, a place linked to the history and tradition of Cajamarca. You will then continue to the Sapitos Stone Forest, where you can see curious rock formations created by nature.
Your next stop will be Namora, a town known for its craft tradition. You'll visit a guitar and charango workshop where master luthiers preserve the traditional techniques for making these instruments.
Finally, you'll arrive at Laguna San Nicolás, a natural environment surrounded by Andean landscapes and home to various species of wildlife. There, you will enjoy a relaxing ride in totora reed boats and have some free time to eat lunch at a Campestre restaurant (own expense).
