Emotional exit at sunset to spot dolphins, rich aperitif served adrift in the silence of the sea, swimming and fish-based dinner under the stars.

Sunset Evening outing from 7.30pm to 11pm which includes dolphin watching, sunset viewing with a drifting boat, aperitif with the engines off with anchovy bruschetta, caponata bruschetta, chips, peanuts, cocktails and fruit skewers with raw marinated prawns served in the ice. Night swimming under the stars with the lighthouse illuminating the water is also planned. The dinner includes a fish-based first course, mussel soup as a second course, also dessert and coffee. The final part of the evening is dedicated to about twenty minutes of star observation in absolute peace. The music on board will be that of nature... or that of Tibetan bells while observing the sky.
