Experience and enjoy an unforgettable journey through the area's natural landscapes and viewpoints.
The activity begins at 8:00 a.m. with a 50-minute private transfer from Cusco to the community of Yanacona in the Chinchero District (elevation 11,500 feet). Chinchero is a farming community of weavers renowned for its traditional textiles and an area of Andean crops, where visitors can exchange cultures, traditions, and customs with the Andean inhabitants and enjoy an unforgettable experience of the area's natural landscapes and viewpoints.
Upon your arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from the family, accompanied by the sound of pututos (traditional pan pipes). The family will offer you herbal teas made from muña, chamomile, and other local herbs to help visitors adapt to the climate. Here, you will enjoy an authentic experiential tourism experience: you will be able to take part in farming activities such as plowing or harvesting (depending on the season), and learn about the traditional process of spinning and weaving with natural dyes using ancestral techniques passed down through generations.

Lunch will be prepared by the family using produce grown on their own land, offering you an authentic Andean dining experience. Afterward, you will go on a hike with the llamas to the viewpoint of the Chinchero Archaeological Complex, the royal residence of Túpac Yupanqui,
Archaeological Complex of Chinchero, the royal residence of Tupac Yupanqui, where you will see its vast terraces and its colonial-era temple built on Inca walls.
Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cusco.
