Experience the magic of the Colca: hot springs, condors, unique landscapes and Andean villages. End your trip in Puno, next to the majestic Lake Titicaca. Explore the heart of the Andes at your own pace.
️Day 1: Arequipa – Chivay – Hot Springs
Pickup from centrally-located hotels in Arequipa between 7:30 and 8 AM to start the trip to the Colca Valley. During the tour, there are stops at the Salinas and Aguada Blanca Nature Reserve, with vicuña watching in Pampa Cañahuas, as well as stops in Alto Sumbay and Tocrapampa, high Andean areas with local fauna.
The highest point of the route is reached at Pata Pampa (4,910 m above sea level), with views of the Ampato, Sabancaya, Hualca Hualca, and Mismi volcanoes. Afterwards, arrival in Chivay, with free time for lunch (not included) and check-in at the accommodation.
In the afternoon, optional visit to the Chacapi hot springs (admission not included). Free evening in Chivay. Accommodation not included.
Day 2: Cruz del Condor – Colca Valley – Puno
Early departure to the Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor, where it is possible to observe the flight of the Andean condor. En route, you will visit the villages of Yanque and Maca, as well as the vantage points of Antahuilque and Wayrapunku, with views of pre-Inca agricultural terraces.
Return to Chivay for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, start of the trip to Puno, with stops at:

Patahuasi (hot herbal teas)
Tocrapampa
Lagunillas
Arrival in Puno at approximately 7:10 PM, with drop-off in the downtown area near Plaza de Armas.

It is recommended to acclimatize in Arequipa at least one day before the sightseeing tour.
Pick-up in Arequipa is only from centrally-located hotels; otherwise, the meeting point is Plaza de Armas.
The sightseeing tour ends in Puno around 7:10 PM, with a drop-off in the central area.
Not recommended for people with severe heart conditions or respiratory problems without prior medical evaluation.
Admission to the Colca Valley requires the Colca Tourist Ticket (BTC), an official ticket issued by the local authority.
The BTC is not included and is purchased at the local checkpoint according to the visitor's category (approx. S/ 70 for foreigners; S/ 40 for the Andean/Latin Community).
