We will need information on flight details as well as drop off point (address, hotel name, etc).
In terminal 1, after leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, please turn right on the ramp, and look directly in front. You will then see the meeting point area where all guides, assistants and drivers are waiting for the passengers next to the meeting point stand 2. An assistant or a driver will be there waiting for you with your name or a MTS Globe Logo. In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating our assistant / driver, please call the MTS Globe emergency number at 00351 912 671 126. Please do not leave the arrival lounge without calling us. Please take note that the driver will wait for a maximum of 90 minutes after your flight arrives. If you are delayed with your luggage or at security and believe you will take more than 90 minutes to get to your driver, please call immediately our emergency number and we will see if it is possible to wait more time.
