Begin your day with a pick-up from Interlaken West Train Station and the Adventure Hostel Interlaken. Then, depart into the mountains with a 30-minute drive. Take a small 15-minute hike towards the cheese farm, which is only reachable on foot.
Welcome at the farm with coffee, tea, and an alpine brunch. Then, join a cheesemaking workshop. Afterward, taste the cheese and enjoy more food and drink, including Swiss Rösti.
Meet and greet the cows and relax with a whey footbath. Explore the cheese cellar and take pictures of the stunning views. Finally, hike back to the van and return to Interlaken.
