Explore little-known places on the first UNESCO World Heritage Site to address the issue of slavery. Discover the rich culture and art of the city of Dakar.
The client will be picked up at their hotel or place of residence by a knowledgeable guide and an experienced driver in an air-conditioned car and taken to the pier, where they will board a boat to Gorée Island. The client will visit the iconic sites, namely the slave house, the church, the fort, the mosque, and the Statue of Liberation from Slavery. In addition, the client will have the opportunity to explore lesser-known parts of Gorée Island. After enjoying a comprehensive, private tour, clients will have the opportunity to savor a delicious lunch. Upon disembarking from the boat, clients will be picked up for a tour of the city of Dakar, where they will discover the rich cultural and artistic heritage of the capital of the land of teranga (hospitality) through its monuments, landmarks, cathedral, mosque, and markets.
