Description
Experience a mindful tea meditation with the Head Monk in a serene Jeju Temple, where every gesture becomes a path to inner peace and daily life awareness.
Tea Meditation with awareness
As you pour the tea, your mind is also poured into inner peace.
This is not a tea class, but a meditative ritual where every gesture warming the cup, pouring the water, tasting the tea becomes a practice of awareness. Under the guidance of Head Monk, you will experience TEA-ZEN as ONE, where tea and mediation become inseparable.
Program (90mins)

About the Head Monk
After spending 10 years in the United States deepening both academic study and meditative practice, he completed a Master’s degree in Buddhist Studies at Dongguk University in South Korea. He was first ordained as a monk in Korea and later at Wat Pho, the Royal Temple of Bangkok in Thailand, continuing a living tradition that traces back to the time of the Buddha. Today, he guides meditation by blending the depth of Korean Buddhism with a refined global perspective - offering a space where ancient wisdom meets modern life.
