Begin your journey in the troglodyte village of Gorafe, with its cave houses and singular charm. Continue into the badlands shaped by the Gor and Guadiana Menor rivers. Each pedal stroke reveals new horizons: megalithic necropolises with over 240 dolmens, ravines, fairy chimneys, and the spectacular Los Coloraos, where crimson clay canyons create an unforgettable visual show.
Beyond the ride itself, the Gorafe Desert offers a fascinating blend of geology and history. These badlands were shaped over millions of years by erosion, creating landscapes often compared to the great canyons of the American West.

The route runs along dirt trails, ramblas and canyon paths, with some loose stones, requiring a bit of agility and balance.
You don’t need to be an expert cyclist or have advanced fitness: the electric bike makes climbs easier and keeps the ride accessible for anyone with a usual level of urban or recreational cycling.
If you can ride a bike with ease, you will fully enjoy this adventure in the Gorafe Desert Badlands.
The meeting point will be Cafeteria Casa Valentyna, located in the plaza.
Please note that we don’t have an office there — we’ll meet directly at the café.
The cafeteria opens at 7:00 AM, so you’re welcome to enjoy a coffee or breakfast before the tour.
If you prefer, you can also wait in the center of the square, near the fountain.
