Suggested itinerary (approx. 8 hours door to door, fully included in the price):
- Pick-up in Annecy at your hotel or address (approx. 15 min).
- Guided walking tour of Annecy old town (approx. 1.5 hours, included). Your live local guide walks you through the medieval lanes, flower-lined canals, and the iconic Palais de l'Île, sharing history and pointing out the best viewpoints and photo spots.
- Lakeshore stroll and free time (approx. 1 hour) along one of the purest lakes in Europe.
- Lunch break (approx. 1.5 hours, at your own expense) at a lakeside restaurant your guide recommends — fresh lake fish, Savoyard cheese, or a terrace with a view.
- Drive to Menthon-Saint-Bernard (approx. 30 min) for a guided stop beneath its medieval château (approx. 45 min).
- Continue up to the Col de la Forclaz (approx. 45 min) for one of the finest panoramas in the French Alps, where paragliders drift over the turquoise water.
- Return to your Annecy pick-up point (approx. 30 min), arriving in the early evening.
