Begin your experience with a round-trip speedboat transfer from Bali Hai Pier to the floating cafe. Upon arrival, receive a non-alcoholic welcome drink and a fishing rod to fish for squid directly from the boat.
If you catch a squid, a chef will prepare it for you immediately, either as sashimi or grilled, with dipping sauces (seafood sauce, shoyu, and wasabi).
