It all starts with the road, punctuated by your live guide's stories, to the archaeological site of Carthage. Once a rival to Rome, the city once shone across the entire Mediterranean. You'll explore its history-laden remains, among columns, thermal baths, and panoramic views of the sea.
Then head for Sidi Bou Said, perched on its cliff. Nicknamed the "Saint-Tropez of Tunisia", this village with its cobblestone streets is captivating with its immaculate facades, blue doors and shutters, and terraces overlooking the Gulf of Tunis. You'll have free time to stroll, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere.
At midday, enjoy a traditional Tunisian lunch at a restaurant in the Medina of Tunis. You continue on foot through this UNESCO-listed maze: colorful souks, leather and ceramic artisans, the scent of spices, and everyday life punctuate the walk.
In the late afternoon, you'll head back to your hotel, your mind filled with images and encounters.
