Trek through Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Kibale Forest National Park on a 4-day tour. See mountain gorillas and chimpanzees in their natural habitats.
Begin your adventure with a pickup from the airport or your hotel. Head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the largest population of mountain gorillas. Spend the night in a lodge, resting up for the next day’s adventure.
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for an orientation. Meet your guides and set off on a trek through the forest. Led by an experienced ranger, learn about the flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the gorillas.
The trek takes between 2 and 7 hours, but the effort is well worth it. Next, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, passing tea plantations along the way. This diverse forest boasts 13 species of primates, including the red Colobus monkey, grey-cheeked mangabey, red-tailed monkey, and the rare Lhotse's monkey.
After breakfast, go for chimpanzee trekking through the forests under the ranger's instructions.
Finally, drive to Entebbe International Airport to connect with your onward late-evening flight back home.
