What will you experience?
You'll lie comfortably in a space prepared for calm.
You'll enjoy a guided meditation with bowls and then enjoy the Gong Bath. You'll feel the vibrations of the gongs travel through your body, releasing physical and emotional tension.
You will enjoy a state of peace, inner silence, and connection with yourself.
Guided by Magik Gong, a facilitator specialized in therapeutic sound.
The activity will end with chai tea, oracles, and the integration of the entire experience.
