Check in at the kayak launch section of the park in Dunnellon, collect your kayak and paddles, then push off into calm, crystal-clear water. With the transparent hull beneath you, the underwater world becomes part of the experience—spot fish moving through the spring run, look for turtles near submerged logs, and enjoy the vivid clarity that makes Rainbow Springs such a standout destination. This rental is best for confident, experienced paddlers who want the freedom of being on the water without a guided tour.
Your booking includes a 3-hour rental window, giving you time to cruise slowly for photos, pause where the scenery is best, or paddle steadily for a more active outing. Dress to get wet, wear water-friendly footwear, and bring sun protection for a comfortable ride.
Please note that the Rainbow Springs kayak launch fee is paid separately on-site. At the end of your rental time, return to the launch area to check in your equipment and wrap up your spring adventure.

INFORMATION IMPORTANTE
All tours and rentals will start at the kayak launch section of the park.
Bring Sun Protection & Eco repellent (If possible) – Hat, sunglasses (with a retention strap), and sunscreen.
Bring Quick-Dry Clothing – Comfortable, moisture-wicking clothes you don’t mind getting wet. (Not Cotton).
Ware – Water shoes, sandals with straps, closed toed preferred.
Bring Towel & Change of Clothes – For after your paddle.
Optional Items – Camera or waterproof phone case, and a small snack.
