Polar plunges, where individuals jump into icy waters for a personal challenge, have some health benefits, including increased circulation and stress relief. The adrenaline rush from the shock of cold water can also boost mood and energy levels.
Warm up and change in a sauna tent. Take the plunge as many times as you would like. Alternating between the hot tent in-between cold water sessions. Each participant is supervised by an American Red Cross Lifeguard.
