Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Nam Cat Tien National Park

Get picked up at your accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City and set off for the 4-hour drive north to Nam Cat Tien National Park. Arrive around noon, enter the park, and check in at Green Bamboo Lodge. After checking in, have lunch at the restaurant of this hotel, which faces the river and jungle.

At 2:00 PM, meet your guide at the reception area for a walking tour into the jungle to discover the plant and animal life. Trekking at this national park will bring you an amazing experience as you can see the wild animals and diverse plants. Next, have free time to explore on your own, go biking, or just relax. At 6:30 PM, have dinner at the local restaurant.

At 7:30 PM, enjoy a night safari. Have an unforgettable experience on the night jeep ride for an hour of animal watching with a chance to see lorises, fishing cats, pangolins, civets, and more.

Day 2: Nam Cat Tien National Park - Ho Chi Minh City

Rise early to the sounds of the forest and have breakfast before meeting your driver at 7:30 AM. Leave for a trip to Bau Sau or Crocodile Lake. The jeep takes you 20 minutes (10 km) from the lodge to the trekking point, where you will start a 1-hour trek for about 5 km.

Bau Sau is a beautiful lake surrounded by the jungle and home to many crocodiles. Board your boat and paddle around the lake for an hour. Have the chance to see birds, crocodiles, and wild lotus before heading back to the lodge for lunch.

At 2:00 PM, commence your return journey to Ho Chi Minh City, where you will arrive at 6:00 PM.
