Discover the charm of Hue at night through authentic local cuisine, beautiful evening scenery, and fascinating cultural stories shared by a friendly English-speaking guide.
Raised in Huế, I grew up enjoying these dishes almost every day. This tour is more than just eating – it’s about sharing the flavors, hidden stories, and pride of my hometown with you :)

We begin with a refreshing glass of sugarcane juice to cool down before diving into local flavors. First is **Cơm Hến** – tiny mussel rice, a humble yet iconic Huế dish, often enjoyed for breakfast and prepared by a local Huế cook for an authentic taste of daily life.

Next, we discover traditional Huế cakes: **bánh bèo, bánh nậm, and bánh lọc**. These delicate dishes reflect the city’s rich culinary heritage, blending royal influence with everyday street food culture.

Then comes the highlight – **Bún Bò Huế**, famous for its bold, aromatic, and slightly spicy broth that captures the true essence of Central Vietnamese cuisine.

We continue with **bánh mì thịt xíu**, a Huế-style pork bánh mì packed with rich, slow-marinated flavors that you won’t easily find elsewhere.

After that, we enjoy **chè Huế**, a selection of sweet desserts known for their light, balanced sweetness and variety of textures.

To end the journey, we experience local “nhậu” culture – sitting like a local with a cold beer (Huda or your choice), relaxing and enjoying the lively atmosphere of the city.

This is not just a food tour. It’s Huế told through the eyes – and taste – of someone who calls it home.
