Begin your tour with a relaxing 1-hour pedicab ride through Changdeokgung Stonewall Road, the quiet alleys of Bukchon Hanok Village, and the historic atmosphere surrounding hidden cultural spots. As you ride through the serene stone walls and picturesque hanok streets, your guide shares stories and history that bring Bukchon’s past and present to life.
Following the pedicab tour, visit Doraeheon, a traditional dancheong workshop, for a 1.5-hour hands-on experience. Dancheong—Korean traditional decorative painting—has been used for centuries to protect and embellish palaces and temples. During the workshop, learn about the meanings behind dancheong patterns and colors, then create your own handmade artwork such as a keychain, sticker, or souvenir piece.
The experience includes a relaxing tea break with traditional Korean tea, offering a peaceful moment to reflect on your artwork and the cultural stories you’ve encountered.
