We begin in Barichara, a picturesque town of cobblestone alleys and colonial architecture that seems suspended in time. Here, you will discover the history of its founding in the 18th century, witness to a past full of adventures and transformations. The journey continues along the legendary Camino Real, an ancient path once traveled by the Guane Indians and, later, by the Spanish conquistadors. As we advance along this ancestral road, the landscape unfolds before your eyes: deep and majestic canyons, green mountains covered by a dense fog, and flora and fauna that tell stories of centuries of evolution.

Arriving in Guane, a quiet village surrounded by an almost magical environment, we will visit the Paleontological and Anthropological Museum. Here, the traces of prehistory come alive as we explore the fossils that bear witness to the evolution of the Earth, and delve into the legacy of the Guane Indians, a people whose spirit can still be felt in the air. The vestiges of their culture, customs and struggle during the Spanish colonization process tell a profound tale of resistance and adaptation.

Our route continues with a stop at the viewpoint, where you can contemplate spectacular panoramic views of the valleys and canyons that surround this magical territory. The views are a reminder of the grandeur of nature that has shaped this region for millennia.

To complete this unique experience, we will head to the Chapel of Santa Lucia, a historical landmark where the first evangelization processes of the region began. This tranquil place is witness to the first encounters between the indigenous people and the colonizers, a starting point in the fusion of two worlds that would forever transform the destiny of this land.
