Come and enjoy a unique experience of reconnecting with yourself through the presence of horses in the heart of nature. An opportunity to get to know yourself better, boost your confidence, and explore connection.
Enjoy a tailor-made equicoaching session lasting 1.5 hours (individual session) or 2 hours (group session).
This time is yours, with content and pace adapted to your desires and intentions at the time.

The session starts gently with a chat.
What would you like to experience with the horses today?
Do you need to let something go, explore a question, recharge your batteries or simply slow down?

Then comes the encounter with the herd.
Who are these horses? Which one attracts you? What does it awaken in you?
Often, this first contact is already rich in lessons: the way you relate to them says a lot about you. Together, we take the time to observe and feel.

Depending on what emerges, we offer an interaction tailored to your desires at that moment:
– a time of listening and shared presence, a "heart-to-heart"
– an active journey with the horse to explore communication in movement
– an experiment in "connection," that subtle space between distance and closeness, respect and trust.

We end with a discussion to put into words what you have experienced, felt, and learned... and leave with concrete ideas if you wish.

*** Why horses? ***
Horses are unique companions.
They are hypersensitive, non-judgmental animals that live in the moment and are highly attuned to what is going on around them: tension, stress, joy, calm... They keenly perceive the slightest inconsistency between what we say, what we think, and what we really feel.
Their reactions are always sincere and authentic. They don't cheat or judge: they offer you a living mirror to help you get to know yourself better.

Through this experience, you will also discover horses in a new light.
How can you connect with them?
How can you create a bond based on trust and mutual respect, without domination or coercion?
How can you communicate better with them... and with yourself?

*** What is equicoaching? ***
Equicoaching is a form of coaching facilitated by horses.
The horses are not ridden. All exercises are carried out on foot in their presence. No previous experience or knowledge of horses is necessary.

The topics covered can be varied: emotion management, self-confidence, communication, relational posture, stress, decision-making, letting go...

I am Stephanie Prime, Equicoach since 2021. Surrounded by animals since I was a child, I love to share my passion.

*** Practical information ***
The session takes place in Gonneville-sur-Mer and lasts 1.5 hours.
Please bring closed shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, as interactions with the horses take place outdoors.
