- All our prices are estimated in euros including tax, driver’s services and incurred expenses by the use of the vehicle. Our online quotes for our multi transportation services are drawn taking into account the following elements: type of vehicle, hourly rate, maximum mileage, plus any expenses and allowances (toll, parking, additional mileage, allowances for the driver, meals). Transfers are strictly estimated from / to Paris city region - Giverny.
- Our fleet includes luxury sedans (2 Seats - 2 Luggage) sand vans (7 Seats - 9 Luggage).

- Visiting tickets are not included in our prices.
- Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance from the date of ride request, otherwise payment will not be refundable.
- For address pickups, if User is more than 20 minutes late from the stated pickup time upon booking, additional costs to the User will be required for extra waiting.
- For hourly service, if User has extended the hours during the transportation service, additional costs to the User will be required for extra hour(s). The beginning 30 minutes will be charged as half hour supplementary hourly charge – if 30 minutes have passed, then charge will be considered for one hour.
- When the User, or passenger, has not shown-up at the pick-up address at the stated hour without communicating the reason by a telephone call, we will consider it as a no-show. In this case User will not be refunded, the total price must be paid.
