Begin your walk with A. Pushkin, M. Lermontov, P. Tchaikovsky, A. Dumas père, L. Tolstoy, and many others. Turn off the trail to pass through the sites of the events described by Lermontov in his famous poem "Mtsyri."

Ascend to the 6th-century Jvari Church and enjoy a breathtaking view of Mtskheta: "...where the streams of the Aragvi and Kura rivers noisily merge, embracing like two sisters."

Next, visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (Life-Giving Pillar), the patriarchal cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church. Learn about its history and the significant events of its past.
