Before booking, keep in mind that tickets can only be picked up at Füssen Train Station. You may not go to the castle without your tickets. Tickets cannot be picked up at Neuschwanstein Castle or at the castle ticket center
Be prepared for a moderate amount of walking
The castle can be cold, even in summer, so please bring a jacket
Photography is not allowed inside the castle
Be at International Ticket and Travel Center, Bahnhofstrasse 12, 87629 Füssen in Füssen Train Station on time!
Your Get your Guide Voucher will not allow access to Neuschwanstein Castle. You must pick up your original ticket from our office in Füssen Train Station to enter the castle.
If your ticket confirmation is for 9:30 - this is your pick up time not your tour time.
It takes at least 90 minutes to get to the castle after collecting your tickets, parking your car, getting the shuttle bus or horse and carriage (or walking!) up the mountain to the castle.
If you are coming by train, our office is at the end of the track in Füssen.
If you are arriving by car, you can park beside our office to collect the tickets.
